PR501 and PR531 Key Differences

The PR501 has a has a split seam head pillow and a lumbar pillow with a seam down the middle.  The armrests taper back toward the chair giving less grip area and support. 

The PR531 has a split seam lumbar pillow and head pillow. Both the head and lumbar have a larger pillow in the center, with smaller support pillows on the side. The armrests have been brought forward giving more grip area and support.

What Makes This Different
Because one size does not always fit all, the Comforter’s broad sizes — Petite/Small, Medium, Large, Tall, Small Extra-Wide, Medium Extra-Wide, and Tall Extra-Wide — will provide the perfect fit! The Small Extra-Wide, Medium, Large, and Tall models can accommodate individuals up to 375 lbs and all models are featured with special “grip rite” armrests. The Petite/Small model accommodates individuals up to 300 lbs. The Medium Extra-Wide and Tall Extra-Wide models accommodate individuals up to 500 lbs. The coil spring seat pack allows the seat to move when you do, providing better positioning, comfort and support for ultimate relaxation.

What You Need to Know When Ordering

NOTE The Straight Lift option is a custom option, therefore when this is added, it makes the chair non-returnable.

Curbside delivery is provided when you order the Comforter PR531 , you can anticipate a smooth and straightforward delivery process directly to your doorstep. Golden lift chairs ship fully assembled on a wooden pallet. You’ll need to remove the shipping carton and protective plastic wrapping from the chair. It’s usually best to have two people lift the chair off the wooden pallet and into the home. There will be a few twist ties around the power cords and remote cable to remove.

You can consider opting for our White Glove Delivery service if you need help with carrying, unpacking, or assembling your new lift chair. With this option, certified technicians will deliver the lift chair, assemble it, and ensure it’s fully operational and ready for immediate use

You have the option to choose a service plan for an additional charge. While you are covered by a service contract, if you experience a problem with your lift chair , simply call SpinLife to arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair.
