Overview

The Mackworth Easy Fit 440 Gantry System is a portable, pressure-fit overhead lifting solution designed for safe and dignified patient transfers in environments where permanent ceiling track installations are not feasible. Utilizing a “pressure fit action,” it secures between the floor and a structurally sound ceiling, accommodating heights from 7 to 10 feet (2.1–2.8 m). This system supports up to 440 lbs (200 kg) and is compatible with portable lifts like the Mackworth CP440P, making it ideal for home care settings. Its tool-free assembly allows for quick setup and relocation, providing flexibility for both patients and caregivers.
