Harmar’s Universal Outside Carrier is a simple, cost-effective, fully manual outside carrier.  Its simple design makes it compatible with most scooters and power chairs.  The folding ramp makes loading your product on and off the carrier a simple process. Being fully manual, it is perfect for individuals who have some mobility or who are accompanied by a caregiver.

Please be aware many states require you to display your license plate on the outside of your lift. It may be required in the following states: NE, KS, PA, VA, CA, AZ, NV, CO, UT, ND, SD, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, HI, AK, FL, TX, IN & AL. It might be required in other states as well and it’s your responsibility to understand your state’s regulations. If you are required to display your license plate then we recommend adding the AL 901 License Plate Riser to your order.

*For vehicles 10 years and older, an upgraded suspension is recommended.
