The universal 1 inch Thrashin bar in polished stainless steel, offered in a 5-1/2 inch high bend or a 4 inch mid bend.

The same drilled and slotted 1 inch handlebar Thrashin has built its reputation on, now in stainless steel instead of chrome or black. It is knurled for clamp grip and carries the Throttle-By-Wire keyholes, so one bar covers early style TBW controls and cable throttle Harley-Davidson models alike. Made in the U.S.A.

• Fits most Harley-Davidson models with early style Throttle-By-Wire or a cable throttle, except FLHT, FLHX, FLHTCUTG Tri Glide and Springer models

Before You Order

• These bars do NOT accept Harley-Davidson OEM heated grips. If you need heated grips, the 1″ Bagger Handlebars are the ones that take them.
• ’15-’25 FLTR Road Glide applications need risers and a riser top clamp cut for 1 inch bars.
• On a cable throttle bike the Throttle-By-Wire keyholes sit open, so add the handlebar plug to fill them.

Common Questions

What is the difference between high bend and mid bend? Rise and reach. The high bend puts your hands 5-1/2 inches up with 20 degrees of sweep; the mid bend sits at 4 inches with 25 degrees, so it pulls back further toward you.

Is stainless steel different from chrome? Chrome is a plating over steel, so a chip or a scratch exposes what is underneath. Stainless is the material itself, which is why it holds up better to salt, weather and washing over the long run.

Will these work on my Throttle-By-Wire bike? Yes, on early style Throttle-By-Wire. The ’24 and up Street Glide and Road Glide use a different bar end design entirely, which is why those bikes take their own part numbers.

Do I need the handlebar plug? Only on a cable throttle bike. The keyholes are cut for TBW controls, so on a cable setup they sit empty and the plug fills them.

On a ’23-’25 CVO or a ’24-’25 FLHX or FLTRX you need the 1″ Bagger Handlebars instead. Mount these with Straight Handlebar Risers or Pull Back Handlebar Risers, the Straight or Pull Back M8 gauge cut out versions on a Softail with a riser mounted gauge, or the internally wired Hole Shot Risers. On a ’15-’25 FLTR Road Glide add the Riser Top Clamps. On a cable throttle bike add the Handlebar Plug. Finish with Bolt Grips or Slim Moto Grips, and on throttle by wire the Throttle Tube.
