2-into-1 Exhaust System with Superbike Muffler – Catalytic Converter – 49 State

Description

The Bassani 2-into-1 with Superbike Muffler and Catalytic Converter is a brushed stainless 49-state system with a tapered end cap.

This is the catalyzed 49-state version of the Superbike 2-into-1, for a rider who wants the stepped stainless system and an emissions compliant configuration in one part. The catalytic converter keeps it legal across 49 states, and the brushed stainless finish carries the raw material look rather than hiding it under coating.

How the System Is Built

Stepped 1-3/4″ to 1-7/8″ stainless steel headpipes feed the 4″ muffler body, which finishes in a tapered end cap. Construction is TIG welded, with 18 mm O2 bungs and 12 mm adapters for tuning. A partial heat shield covers the rear cylinder headpipe. The finish is brushed stainless steel. Made in the USA.
