Why You Need This

The most sensitive part of each carb of the Honda CB175 / CL175 / CB200 / CL200 is the float. The original brass carburetor floats are prone to corrosion, thin spots, or pinhole leaks, which compromises the buoyancy of the floats. If your float no longer “floats,” our high-quality brass float will easily replace the OEM part with no fuss. Sold individually, one float fits one carburetor and includes the needed pivot pin. Installation Tip

To confirm that your float has a hole, submerge it in a clear glass filled with gasoline and watch out for bubbles. Gentleness is the key when installing your new carburetor float; they bend and dent quite easily. The recommended float height is 21 mm. A carburetor float gauge makes adjustments easy.
