Why You Need This

If the carburetor on your vintage Honda CT90 / Trail 90 is still in decent shape, a thorough cleaning and some new gaskets and O-rings may be all it needs to be road-worthy again. Our Carburetor Gasket & O-Ring Kit includes all the necessary components to get the job done.

This Kit Includes

• Float bowl gasket
• Float needle seat gasket
• Slide top cap gasket
• Petcock to intake manifold O-ring
• Altitude knob O-ring
• Emulsifier tube O-ring
• Float bowl drain screw O-ring

Altitude knob gaskets, brass filter screen, and float can be purchased as optional add-ons to this kit.

NOTE 1: There are many aftermarket clone carburetors for the Honda CT90 on the market. This kit is ONLY for the OEM Keihin Honda carburetor with a 2-screw float bowl.

NOTE 2: Honda CT90 K0 (4-screw float bowl) and CT90 ’78-’79 (round float bowl) each use different carburetor designs that are NOT COMPATIBLE with this kit.

Installation Tip

Apply a drop of light oil to the O-rings and the threads of the mixture screws before installation.
