Control levers are some of the most exposed and damage-prone parts on any motorcycle. If the front brake lever on your drum brake-equipped Honda is damaged, broken, or missing, this OEM-style replacement is a direct fit.

Why You Need This

A dropped bike, a tip-over, or decades of use can leave your front brake lever bent, cracked, or gone entirely. This lever uses the same pivot bolt and cable attachment as the original Honda lever — no modifications needed.

Note: This is a DRUM brake lever. It does NOT fit models with a front disc brake — specifically the CB360T, CB450 K3–K7, CB500T, CB500K, CB550, or CB750. The very early CB360G (1974) is the exception — it shipped with a front drum before Honda switched to hydraulics, and this lever suits that bike. If your bike has a front disc brake caliper, you need a disc brake lever instead.

Installation

Lubricate the pivot bolt with grease during installation to ensure smooth operation. While you’re replacing the lever, check the condition of your front brake cable — if it’s stiff, rusty, or fraying at the barrel end, replace it. A new lever with a bad cable will still give poor braking.
