FEULING ANTI-REVERSION EXHAUST with AR CHAMBERS and DOGBALL MUFFLERS – Brushed finish5902 Triple Stepped Head Pipe, Straight can muffler, Brushed stainless finish, Extended end cap to match up with extended saddlebags Hand Crafted, Stainless, Tuned Length, 2 into 1 high performance exhaust system for Milwaukee Eight Touring models. Triple stepped 1 ¾ to 1 7/8 to 2 with large 2 ¾ collector exit and stepped 2 ¾ to 2 7/8 dogball muffler core, normal length exhaust with end cap extended past saddlebags. Works with both extended and standard HD saddlebags. Matches with Pseudo pipe 5903AR Chambers(Patent US 4206600 A & 6336471 B1): Our patented Anti-Reversion technology transferred from our performance automotive development dating back to the 70’s. Designed to increase power, throttle response and fuel economy as well as reduce carbon deposits and cylinder temperatures. This is achieved by the overlapping bulb chamber inside that traps negative exhaust waves carrying heat and spent gases. By blocking these waves we also reduce exhaust gas from re-entering the combustion chamber, allowing for a more positive intake charge and crisper throttle response. This will also allow for a leaner tune increasing fuel economy. Stepped Dogball MufflerInserts (Patent 5,173,576): Another patented technology dated back to the early 90’s. Designed to minimize drone / “hollow” noise common in straight through mufflers and absorb high pitch frequencies, producing a unique deep tone while maintaining inertia. Provides excellent low to mid-range torque and a signature high RPM note. The baffles are wrapped with stainless mat then fiberglass packing to extended packing life. Muffler is finished with a high-flow billet end cap, tapered on the inside for optimal flow and sound.Stepped Head Pipe 1 3/4″ Head pipe into Feuling Anti-Reversion chamber, stepped to 1 7/8” then to a 2”. Head pipes enter a true performance merge collector with a 2 3/4” exit into the straight can muffler. Baffle is stepped 2 3/4” to 2 7/8”.Exhaust system comes standard with 18mm 02 bungs, adapters are included to run the factory style 12mm 02 sensors.FEULING Exhaust Systems are hand tig welded, hand brushed finished and or hand polished for a show finish.Made in the USA by Americans.
