Why You Need This

Upgrade your vintage Honda CT90 (Trail 90) with this all-in-one headlight lens conversion kit. It includes everything you need for a quick, reliable headlight replacement—no more sealed beam headaches! Unlike the sealed beam designs on earlier CT90 models, this kit features a separate lens and trim ring with a replaceable bulb, so when a bulb burns out you won’t have to replace the entire assembly. Extra bulbs and pre-wired sockets are also available as optional add-ons for quick future replacements.

This kit complements our 6V Regulator / Rectifier Combo, one of the best and easiest upgrades for your bike’s electrical system.

Compatibility Note

This kit will not fit early CT90 K0–K1 models, which use a smaller-diameter headlight lens and bucket.

Installation Tip

Clean all connectors thoroughly and ensure they’re free of corrosion. Position the lens inside the rim, aligning the “Top” marking with the top of the trim ring.
