Schrader launched EZ-sensor in 2010 as the industry’s first patented programmable OEM-replacement sensor, and the family now covers over 100 million vehicles. It programs, relearns and verifies with common TPMS tools including the TECH200, TECH300SD, the TECH400 series, TECH500 and TECH1000. Programming is required before the sensor goes into the wheel. Schrader has been developing on-board pressure monitoring since 1991 and is now a Sensata Technologies brand, with more than 190 million sensors in service and coverage across over half of global OEM vehicle platforms.
