The Trask Big Sexy 2:1 for M8 baggers is a mandrel bent stainless system recommended for 117″ engines and other motors making 140 horsepower or more.

Trask is explicit about who this system is for, and it is worth taking seriously. The three step header and high flow merge were sized around 140+ horsepower M8 builds. Fit it to a stock 107 and the pipe is larger than the motor can fill, which costs low end response rather than adding it. On a 117 it is exactly right.

How the M8 Big Sexy System Is Built

The three step header design feeds a high flow merge muffler, keeping exhaust velocity climbing through each transition rather than letting it stall at the collector. Double slip joints absorb heat expansion while maintaining exhaust seal quality, which matters on a system that sees repeated hard heat cycles. Construction is high quality mandrel bent stainless steel, so the inside diameter stays consistent through the bends. Custom Assault-style heat shields give it a distinct look. Made in the USA.
