The Trask Big Sexy 2:1 for the ’25 Low Rider ST and Heritage Classic, built for engines making 140 horsepower or more.

Trask is specific about who this system is for and it is worth taking at face value. The three step header and high flow merge were sized around 117 cubic inch M-Eight builds and other engines making 140 or more horsepower. On a stock motor it is more pipe than the engine can fill, which costs low end response rather than adding it.

How the Big Sexy System Is Built

A three step header design feeds a high flow merge muffler, keeping exhaust velocity climbing through each transition instead of letting it stall at the collector. Double slip joints absorb heat expansion while holding exhaust seal quality through repeated heat cycles. Construction is high quality mandrel bent stainless steel, so the inside diameter stays consistent through every bend. Custom Assault style heat shields give it its own look, and Trask describes the sound as big and bold.
