The Bassani Pro-Street Exhaust for ’86-’03 Sportster models is a chrome 16-gauge steel system tuned for low-end torque.

This is the Sportster Pro-Street, cut for ’86-’03 XL models. Like the rest of the Pro-Street line it steps the headpipes from 1-3/4″ up to 2″ to build low-end torque and a deep throaty note, in heavy 16-gauge steel. A straightforward, durable performance exhaust for the older Sportster.

How the Pro-Street Is Built

Construction is 16-gauge steel throughout. The 1-3/4″ headpipes step to 2″, designed to increase low-end torque and produce a deep, throaty note. Made in the USA.
